Join a fast-moving sales organization focused on unlocking new opportunities in emerging industries such as fintech, Web3, decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs), and global payroll solutions. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a key role in driving pipeline growth by identifying high-potential prospects, conducting targeted outreach, and qualifying leads for the sales team.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify companies in priority sectors using firmographic and behavioral signals
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on company fit and buying intent
- Schedule meetings for Account Executives and ensure smooth handoffs with full context
- Track all activities and manage pipeline data accurately in HubSpot
- Test messaging variations to improve response rates and conversion performance
- Build deep familiarity with the product to articulate value clearly and concisely
- Share actionable insights with marketing and product teams based on real-world interactions
What We're Looking For
- At least one year of experience in B2B SaaS or tech sales, preferably in an SDR or BDR role
- Proven ability to execute high-volume outbound prospecting effectively
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Familiarity with sales tech stack including HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Self-driven and highly organized, especially in remote work environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Nice-to-Have
- Background in fintech, crypto, Web3, or global payroll industries
- Understanding of Employer of Record models and cross-border payment systems
- Experience selling to Finance, Operations, or HR/People teams
- Previous work in a high-growth startup environment
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Latin America. Candidates must maintain strong time zone alignment with U.S. business hours. The role operates in a performance-driven culture with clear metrics and opportunities for advancement based on results.
Compensation
Annual base salary ranging from $24,000 to $30,000, plus commission. No equity offered at this level.
