AT&S, a global leader in high-end IC substrates and printed circuit boards, is seeking a Specialist Industrial Engineering to join our team in Fehring, Austria. In this role, you will focus on optimizing processes and designing efficient workflows. Through detailed analysis, time management methods, and continuous improvement initiatives, you will directly contribute to our production performance and economic success.
What You'll Do
- Conduct capacity requirement planning.
- Determine and analyze standard times using REFA or other time management methods.
- Maintain master and time data in the ERP/MES system.
- Optimize processes and increase efficiency based on defined KPIs.
- Create process flow and value stream analyses.
- Design and optimize manufacturing layouts and material flows.
- Collaborate on cross-departmental projects and ensure continuous improvement of the departmental structure.
- Support the introduction of new methods and tools.
What We're Looking For
- A completed degree (University/FH or HTL) in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Expert knowledge in Lean Management.
- Analytical thinking, high data affinity, and attention to detail.
- Flexibility, hands-on mentality, and determination.
- Team spirit and enthusiasm for working in an international environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German.
- Solid MS Office skills and ideally competence in data analysis and reporting.
- Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented work style.
Nice to Have
- First professional experience in Industrial Engineering is advantageous.
- Knowledge of programming languages like Python, C++, or Java is beneficial.
