Part-time faculty members are needed to deliver computer science instruction at both undergraduate and graduate levels in various formats, including on campus, in corporate settings off campus, and online. Assignments are made as needed with variable start dates per term. Preference is given to candidates holding advanced degrees and possessing proven teaching experience. Responsibilities
- Deliver instruction during daytime, evening, or online sessions for computer science programs
- Teach both undergraduate and graduate-level computer science courses
- Conduct classes in multiple settings, including on campus, in corporate environments, or remotely online
- Engage in academic activities connected to the department's educational mission
- Accept teaching assignments aligned with professional background and scheduling availability
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or a closely related field
- Demonstrated professional experience in computer science or a relevant specialty

- Capability to teach across multiple computer science subject areas
- Background in foundational computing principles and introductory course instruction
- Experience with algorithms, software engineering, and object-oriented design
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence and user interface design

$7,500 - $7,850 per course
