Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Spanish Speaking Partner Support Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about customer service who are fluent in Spanish and committed to delivering outstanding support to our partners.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional support to Spanish-speaking partners using various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat.
- Address partner inquiries and resolve issues related to our services promptly.
- Guide partners on product features and updates to enhance their understanding and usage of our offerings.
- Document partner interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Proactively follow up with partners to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and partner feedback to enhance support services.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of IT systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to build positive relationships with partners.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in partner support, customer service, or a similar role is a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems and support tools is beneficial.
