Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Spanish Speaking Live Chat Gaming Advisor to deliver exceptional customer support for a gaming company. You will be the key point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers, ensuring they receive prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous assistance.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding support to Spanish-speaking customers via live chat, ensuring prompt and courteous assistance.
- Address questions related to gaming accounts, promotions, and technical issues with efficiency.
- Educate customers about new games, features, and current promotional offers.
- Accurately log customer interactions in the CRM system for record-keeping and follow-ups.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance team performance and customer experiences.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to help improve service delivery.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and company offerings to provide informed assistance.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- A strong interest and passion for online gaming and familiarity with gaming platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Proficiency in live chat software and knowledge of CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, able to navigate fast-paced situations.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

- Previous experience in customer service or gaming support is an advantage.
