Coconut is building a talent pool of skilled Virtual Assistants for future client opportunities. Successful applicants will be matched with remote roles supporting foreign businesses based on their skills and experience. This position requires strong communication, organization, and reliability to perform virtual work effectively.
What You'll Do
- Perform remote administrative, coordination, or support tasks for international clients.
- Communicate clearly and professionally across various platforms like video calls, phone calls, chat, and email.
- Manage tasks and projects with a high degree of organization and reliability.
- Adapt to different client needs and workflows in a virtual environment.
What We're Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain details with structure, confidence, and fluency.
- Comfortable communicating across different platforms (video calls, phone calls, chat, email, etc.).
- At least 1+ year of experience as a Virtual/Remote Worker OR 1+ year of experience working with foreign businesses (US, EU, AUS, SG, etc.) OR BPO background: At least 6 months in a Tier 1 role (CSR, TSR, Sales) plus 1+ year in a support/supervisory role or higher.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with MS Office & Google Workspace.
- Hands-on experience with CRMs, project management tools, marketing platforms, or page builders.
- Client-facing communication or client management experience.
