Channel Factory is hiring an Account Manager - Digital Marketing (PST)

About the Role

At Channel Factory, we are looking for a strategic Account Manager - Digital Marketing to join our team. You will be a dynamic media professional responsible for managing client interactions, monitoring success, and developing growth plans within the digital video ecosystem, primarily on YouTube.

What You'll Do

  • Become a power user of ViewIQ technology and execute full 360-YouTube media planning and buying.
  • Serve as the main client consultant on YouTube products, targeting strategy, inventory, and buying platforms (DV360, Google Ads).
  • Lead Kick-off calls and act as the single-point-of-contact for Programmatic Solutions.
  • Own and grow a book of business by focusing on client retention, growth, and renewals.
  • Partner with Sales and independently lead client calls to assist with up-selling.
  • Create and maintain short and long-term Account Plans for each designated account.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance, proactively address issues, and provide optimization strategies.
  • Create mid-campaign and end of campaign reports, and conduct quarterly business reviews (QBR) for key clients.
  • Update Salesforce for proper campaign information and revenue tracking.
  • Reconcile monthly billing with Finance, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Work closely with Product to improve and enhance products and the ViewIQ platform.
  • Stay current with industry changes and update Inclusion List approach and methodology as needed.
  • Assist in special projects as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of YouTube, SEM, SEO, Facebook/PMDs, and/or Programmatic/Trading Desks buying experience.
  • Able to help develop and set best practices and help train other team members.
  • Able to track performance data, analyze results, and optimize campaigns across multiple technologies and partners.
  • Experience in off-YouTube media, 3rd party, and Brand Studies.
  • Strong communication skills; verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel calculations, pivot tables, and graphs.
  • Able to effectively prioritize and work with little to no supervision.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented professional.
  • A collaborative individual who can work both in a team and independently.
  • Driven and determined to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital world.
  • Possess the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, and ethics.

Nice to Have

  • Client-facing experience working with both agencies and brands.
  • Google Ads, DV360, and/or Facebook certifications.
