Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Spanish Speaking Enterprise Client Consultant. You will be the primary consultant for Spanish-speaking enterprise clients in Greece, guiding them to leverage services for enhanced business outcomes. Your role is to build trust and ensure client satisfaction through strategic assessment and communication.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the main liaison for Spanish-speaking enterprise clients, addressing their unique needs and challenges.
- Understand clients' business models to provide customized solutions that meet their specific goals.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to help them implement effective strategies and services.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client solutions.
- Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Stay informed about market trends and company offerings to provide clients with relevant insights.
- Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated experience in a client-focused role, particularly with enterprise accounts.
- Strong ability to understand and recommend business solutions.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple client needs concurrently.
- Experienced with CRM tools and Microsoft Office products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
