Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Spanish Speaking Multilingual Support Representative to deliver exceptional customer service remotely from within Greece. You will be the primary point of contact, resolving customer inquiries and building positive relationships through multiple channels.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding support to clients in Spanish and other languages through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries and product-related questions and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Handle customer complaints while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Contribute to identifying opportunities for improvement in service processes and customer interactions.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Spanish and at least one additional language (English, Italian, French, etc.), both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive customer-first philosophy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting.
- Proficiency in using customer support platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to providing outstanding customer service.

- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
