Apply is hiring a Flemish/Dutch Customer Service Agent to join a fast-paced team dedicated to delivering top-quality service. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, using your language skills to build lasting relationships.
What You'll Do
- Manage incoming customer communications via chat, mail, and phone calls.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using provided methods and tools.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch, specifically Flemish (C1 - C2 level).
- Very good command of English (B2 – C1 level).
- Good skills in MS Office.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Customer orientation with the ability to adapt to different customer personalities.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
