SupportYourApp is hiring a (fluent German & English) Customer Support Consultant (Remote)

About the Role

SupportYourApp is seeking a Customer Support Consultant fluent in German and English to provide exceptional customer support in a remote, multicultural environment. You will be the primary point of contact, troubleshooting hardware-related issues for tech clients using outdoor camera equipment.

What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional customer support via email and phone.
  • Troubleshoot hardware-related issues for customers using outdoor camera equipment.
  • Document cases clearly and escalate complex issues to the internal L2 Support Team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.
  • Follow internal procedures and SOPs securely.
  • Meet team KPIs and stay current with technology.
  • Apply the latest customer happiness practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in German (C1 or higher) and English (B2–C1), both spoken and written.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in customer support.
  • Analytical and research skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Reliability when handling sensitive or legal information.
  • Positive and responsible attitude.
  • Personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload).

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in using Freshdesk.
