Responsibilities

  • Participate in team meetings and strategy sessions
  • Train and mentor junior sales representatives when needed
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and proposals
  • Work cross-functionally to customize solutions for clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
  • Use data to refine sales approaches and improve results
  • Attend virtual or in-person industry events as required
