About the Role

This role involves improving AI models by generating and evaluating Arabic language content with a focus on Egyptian dialect. Candidates will help refine machine learning systems through structured linguistic tasks.

Responsibilities

• Generate natural Arabic text that reflects everyday Egyptian speech patterns
• Review and correct AI-generated Arabic content for fluency and cultural relevance
• Follow detailed guidelines to ensure consistency in language outputs
• Identify and flag inappropriate or inaccurate language suggestions
• Provide feedback on model responses in Egyptian Arabic
• Complete language-based tasks across various real-world scenarios
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all assignments
• Adapt to evolving task requirements as the project progresses
• Collaborate with team leads to clarify instructions when needed
• Report technical or content-related issues promptly
• Contribute to the development of training datasets in Arabic
• Ensure all work adheres to quality benchmarks
• Participate in periodic calibration exercises
• Engage in tasks involving translation, paraphrasing, and ranking
• Help assess the relevance and correctness of AI responses
• Work within secure platforms to protect data integrity
• Meet deadlines for assigned task batches
• Remain up to date with project-specific updates
• Demonstrate cultural understanding in language interpretation
• Use feedback to improve task performance over time

Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree in linguistics, Arabic language, or related field
• Previous work in natural language processing projects
• Experience with annotation or data labeling tasks
• Background in education or language instruction
• Knowledge of regional Arabic dialects beyond Egyptian
