Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable cloud architectures on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement secure cloud solutions
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements for performance and cost
- Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards
- Develop reference architectures and deployment blueprints
- Support migration of on-premises workloads to OCI
- Optimize cloud resource utilization and spending
- Integrate monitoring and logging solutions for cloud environments
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues
- Mentor junior engineers and share technical expertise
- Stay current with OCI service updates and new features
- Participate in proof-of-concept initiatives for emerging technologies
- Document architecture designs and operational procedures
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness
- Implement identity and access management policies
- Support DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Assist in defining cloud standards and best practices
