Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
  • Oversee food and beverage inventory, cost control, and budget management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all food and beverage operations.
  • Train and develop food and beverage staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and special functions.
  • Analyze and report on food and beverage performance metrics.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Implement marketing and promotional activities to drive sales.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback to improve service quality.
  • Ensure consistent brand standards across all food and beverage outlets.
  • Develop and implement new food and beverage concepts and menus.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of food and beverage operations.
  • Manage and maintain food and beverage equipment and facilities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for food and beverage operations.
  • Coordinate with human resources for staffing and scheduling.
  • Implement and maintain food and beverage safety and quality control systems.
  • Develop and implement sustainability initiatives for food and beverage operations.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international food and beverage regulations.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
  • Implement and maintain food and beverage cost control measures.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with other departments.
  • Develop and implement food and beverage training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with food and beverage licensing and permit requirements.
