About the Role
The associate collaborates with sales and clinical specialists to manage inventory, support field operations, and ensure timely delivery of endoluminal devices, contributing to seamless customer experiences and effective territory management.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for endoluminal device distribution across assigned territories
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking at customer sites
- Support field teams with product availability and delivery tracking
- Assist in the coordination of product loans and returns
- Maintain accurate records of device utilization and inventory movements
- Communicate with clinical and sales teams to anticipate case needs
- Respond to urgent requests for device deployment during procedures
- Track and report on key operational metrics related to distribution
- Ensure compliance with handling and storage protocols for medical devices
- Collaborate with logistics partners to resolve delivery issues
- Facilitate training on inventory management tools for field staff
- Assist in preparing materials for product launches in new accounts
- Support data entry and documentation for regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with central supply teams to manage stock allocation
- Provide administrative support during high-volume case periods
- Help onboard new accounts by setting up distribution workflows
- Track expiration dates and manage product rotation
- Escalate supply chain disruptions to appropriate teams
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and operational data
- Support coordination between clinical specialists and supply chain units
- Assist in audits related to inventory and distribution records
- Contribute to process improvements in territory logistics
- Ensure alignment with regional sales strategies for device deployment
- Respond to internal inquiries about product location and status
- Support continuity of operations during team transitions or absences
