About the Role

Lead the strategy and execution of paid media campaigns across major digital platforms to achieve aggressive growth targets. Manage budgets, optimize performance, and lead a team of specialists to deliver measurable ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
  • Manage multi-million dollar advertising budgets with a focus on efficiency and scale
  • Analyze campaign performance to identify trends and optimize for return on ad spend
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives to refine creative and targeting approaches
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad content
  • Forecast media spend and project customer acquisition costs
  • Monitor industry developments and platform updates to maintain competitive edge
  • Lead a team of paid media specialists and external agency partners
  • Build dashboards and reporting systems for real-time performance tracking
  • Ensure compliance with advertising policies across platforms
  • Negotiate partnerships and deals with media vendors
  • Drive testing roadmaps for audience segmentation and bidding strategies
  • Work closely with analytics teams to refine attribution models
  • Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
  • Scale successful campaigns across regions and verticals
  • Manage relationships with external advertising partners and platforms
  • Optimize landing page experiences in coordination with conversion rate teams
  • Implement audience targeting strategies using first- and third-party data
