Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Service professional to be the first point of contact for customers of a leading e-commerce company in Greece. You will address inquiries and resolve issues through multiple channels, providing exceptional service in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints quickly and efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Keep up to date with the company’s products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experiences.
- Engage in ongoing training to expand knowledge of e-commerce trends and customer service practices.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement in service delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Spanish, both spoken and written.
- English proficiency is required.
- Exceptional communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and e-commerce platforms.
- A positive attitude, flexibility, and eagerness to embrace a new cultural experience in Greece.
