Shape the foundation of scalable sales operations as the CRM Operations Lead, where your work directly impacts how sales teams perform and grow. You'll be responsible for refining and maintaining the CRM ecosystem, primarily within HubSpot, to ensure it supports efficient, accurate, and repeatable processes across client engagements.
What You’ll Do
- Optimize HubSpot configurations, workflows, and automation to improve system reliability and user experience
- Conduct regular audits of CRM setups to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective solutions
- Support onboarding for new clients and sales hires, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment with best practices
- Work closely with data teams to align CRM structure with reporting needs and pipeline integrity
- Strengthen data governance by enforcing standards for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Develop and maintain documentation, including SOPs and playbooks, to promote scalability and reduce operational friction
- Partner with leadership and RevOps on forecasting, reporting initiatives, and quarterly operational goals
- Lead CRM enhancements that support long-term growth, focusing on standardization and continuous improvement

- Proven track record designing and optimizing CRM platforms such as HubSpot across multiple teams or organizations
- Experience deploying CRM integrations with dialers, scheduling tools, and analytics platforms
- Skilled at identifying gaps in CRM structure, usage, or performance through systematic audits
- Strong commitment to documentation, process standardization, and operational rigor
- Comfortable supporting leadership with insights that improve forecasting and reporting accuracy
- Preference for candidates who have scaled existing CRM systems, not only built them from scratch
Environment & Benefits

Compensation ranges from $72,000 to $100,000 per year, with additional bonus opportunities available based on performance.
