As an Automation Developer, you will take the lead in building and refining operational workflows within Kissflow, translating detailed specifications from business analysts into fully functional, production-grade automation systems. Your primary responsibility is to configure and maintain intake forms, approval chains, conditional routing, and role-based access controls with accuracy and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
- Construct and optimize workflow structures using Kissflow, including dynamic forms, multi-tiered approvals, and data validation rules.
- Design logical data models and field mappings to support consistent reporting and system integration.
- Respond quickly to feedback and adapt workflows based on evolving business needs and stakeholder input.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to routing behavior, permission conflicts, and edge-case handling.
- Document configuration decisions, logic flows, and maintenance procedures for long-term sustainability.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in low-code automation platforms with a focus on workflow integrity and user access design.
- Deep understanding of SLAs, role hierarchies, and data consistency in automated systems.
- Strong ability to interpret written requirements and independently deliver reliable, production-ready solutions.
- Clear and professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Capacity to explain technical decisions clearly and maintain thorough documentation.
- Availability to coordinate with US-based teams during overlapping business hours.
