As a Sourcing Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Global Procurement Centre of Excellence by managing transactional and tactical sourcing activities from start to finish. Working remotely from Romania, you will ensure sourcing requests are processed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of quick-bid processes, contract renewals, and RFx events, ensuring timely responses within defined service level agreements.
- Act as the main liaison between internal stakeholders and suppliers, offering data-driven insights and guiding teams toward compliant purchasing methods.
- Prepare and circulate contracts and statements of work using standardized templates, ensuring adherence to risk, compliance, and financial controls.
- Analyze spending patterns and procurement trends to support reporting and identify opportunities to improve Source-to-Pay workflows.
Qualifications and Skills
Applicants should bring experience in procurement, sourcing operations, or shared services environments, particularly within large, global organizations. Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets are required, along with familiarity with procurement platforms such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle.
You must demonstrate strong analytical abilities, including the capacity to assess supplier proposals, generate comparison reports, and understand contract fundamentals. Excellent communication, collaboration, and adaptability are essential for success in this fast-moving setting.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or SCM are considered an advantage. Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in French, Spanish, or German a plus.
