As a Market Research Manager in the healthcare sector, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of primary research initiatives, delivering reliable insights to inform strategic decisions for life sciences and pharmaceutical organizations. Working within a technology-enabled global framework, you'll design and manage both quantitative and qualitative studies that engage key healthcare stakeholders, including physicians, patients, and payers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of research projects, from initial design through final reporting, ensuring alignment with client objectives
- Develop and program surveys using an intelligent research platform tailored to reach specific healthcare audiences
- Collaborate with fieldwork and sampling teams to ensure timely, high-quality data collection across international markets
- Apply rigorous data validation and cleaning techniques to maintain accuracy and reliability
- Convert research goals into structured instruments, including screeners, questionnaires, and tabulation specifications
- Contribute to client-facing materials, ensuring insights directly address business challenges
- Provide operational guidance during client engagements and gradually assume greater responsibility over time

Qualifications
Candidates should bring 4–6 years of hands-on experience in primary market research within a pharmaceutical or biotech-focused agency. Demonstrated expertise across both qualitative and quantitative methodologies is essential, including experience with study design, data analysis, and reporting. Familiarity with healthcare decision-makers such as clinicians, pharmacists, and payers is required.
A bachelor’s degree in life sciences, social sciences, or a related field is expected. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, along with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, are necessary for success in this role.
