As a Market Research Analyst in Client Services, you will play a central role in executing comprehensive market research initiatives for international healthcare organizations. Your work will span the full research lifecycle—from programming surveys and overseeing fieldwork to analyzing data and producing strategic reports that guide critical business and treatment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Program and deploy market research surveys using proprietary and third-party platforms, targeting diverse client audiences across the US and global markets
- Oversee daily data collection efforts, ensuring consistent flow and integrity across multiple active projects
- Lead data validation and cleaning processes for up to 10–20 surveys per month, maintaining high standards of accuracy and reliability
- Collaborate with sample fulfillment teams to meet quota targets and complete fieldwork efficiently
- Produce detailed research reports for major pharmaceutical clients, transforming complex datasets into clear, visual, and written insights
- Act as a trusted advisor by clearly presenting findings and recommendations to clients in accessible formats
- Monitor research activities for adverse events, reporting them promptly in compliance with pharmacovigilance protocols
- Maintain accurate records in internal project management systems and adhere to industry best practices
Qualifications and Skills
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication abilities, with fluency in English and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. You should be highly organized, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects, and adept at identifying solutions independently. A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to perform under deadlines are essential.
Preferred experience includes survey programming tools such as Confirmit, Decipher/Forsta, or SurveyMonkey, along with background in healthcare market research. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is advantageous. Candidates should also show curiosity in therapeutic areas and a drive to extract meaningful patterns from quantitative data.
