What You’ll Do
- Plan, launch, and continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and engagement.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and placements to identify high-performing combinations.
- Analyze campaign data to uncover trends, generate insights, and guide future decisions.
- Collaborate with affiliate marketing partners to align media efforts with broader performance goals.
- Monitor emerging trends in digital advertising and recommend innovative approaches to stay ahead.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience managing paid campaigns across multiple social platforms, particularly Meta, TikTok, and X.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing funnels, attribution models, and performance KPIs.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into clear, actionable strategies.
- Self-motivated mindset with a track record of taking initiative in fast-paced environments.
