What You'll Do
Partner with sales teams to shape technical strategies throughout the enterprise sales journey, from initial discovery to deal close. You'll design and deliver customized platform demonstrations that connect technical capabilities to business outcomes, ensuring relevance for decision-makers at all levels.
Lead proof-of-concept initiatives by defining success metrics, aligning stakeholder expectations, and validating platform value in real-world environments. Translate complex customer challenges into scalable solution designs, clearly articulating ROI and long-term benefits.
Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth transitions from sales to implementation, while contributing structured feedback to help shape future product development. Support formal procurement processes by delivering accurate, technically sound responses to RFPs.
Requirements
You bring at least four years of experience in pre-sales or solutions engineering within SaaS or enterprise software. Fluency in both English and Italian is essential, with additional European languages considered a strong advantage.
Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-threaded sales cycles within large organizations is required. You’re comfortable engaging technical teams on architecture and integration topics, as well as presenting strategic value to C-suite stakeholders.
Hands-on knowledge of web technologies—including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS—is critical. You also demonstrate strong presentation and storytelling skills, adapting communication style to different audiences and corporate cultures.
Strong organizational abilities and experience managing multiple concurrent opportunities are necessary. Occasional travel (25–30%) across EMEA is expected.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in digital experience analytics, customer experience management (CXM), or related platforms is highly valued. Familiarity with agentic AI, enterprise data architecture, or tag management systems strengthens candidacy. A background in high-growth SaaS environments or digital transformation consulting is advantageous.
