Shape the developer experience by serving as a technical advocate for our authentication platform. In this role, you'll work directly with developers across startups and enterprises to guide them through integration, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure successful implementation of our services in real-world applications.
What You’ll Do
- Support developers through hands-on integration, from initial proof-of-concept to full deployment, offering technical direction and problem-solving
- Develop clear, practical demos, tutorials, and documentation that help developers understand and adopt authentication solutions
- Host training sessions and events—both live and remote—to build community knowledge and confidence
- Engage with public forums, Slack channels, and discussion boards to answer questions, gather insights, and maintain active developer relationships
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to share community feedback and influence roadmap decisions
- Partner with marketing to promote technical content and amplify reach across developer audiences
- Contribute integrations to open-source projects, expanding accessibility and real-world applicability
- Act as a technical liaison during product launches, ensuring clarity and adoption across developer channels
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience supporting developers through technical onboarding or implementation programs
- Proven background in developer relations, technical community management, or similar roles
- Familiarity with authentication and authorization concepts, including common protocols and implementation patterns
- Hands-on coding experience with multiple languages, particularly JavaScript (React, Node, Next), Golang, or Python
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
- Experience working closely with engineering teams and translating technical details across teams
- A collaborative mindset with the initiative to own projects and drive outcomes independently
