The Sales Engineer will drive sales growth and expand market presence for Rehlko's power generation solutions by combining technical expertise with sales acumen. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within specified timelines.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent conversion into revenue.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers to foster repeat business and generate referrals.
- Address and resolve customer issues and challenges effectively throughout the contract lifecycle to ensure high levels of trust and satisfaction.
- Champion and embody Clarke Energy's compliance and performance standards in all activities.
- Stay informed of market dynamics, trends, and competitive landscape within the Power Generation sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales of generators, machines, equipment, and automobiles
- Proven sales track record
- Strong technical understanding of power generation equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Problem-solving skills
