As a Technical Consultant, you'll play a key role in deploying and tailoring a technology management platform to meet client objectives. You’ll collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to interpret business needs and turn them into functional configurations within the solution environment.
What You'll Do
Translate customer requirements into actionable technical designs, building workflows, dashboards, reports, and role structures that align with business goals. Partner with project managers to track timelines, manage scope changes, and maintain clear communication throughout implementation.
Ensure clients gain full value from the platform by delivering comprehensive documentation, enabling knowledge transfer, and supporting adoption. Monitor project health, track time and expenses accurately, and contribute to refining internal delivery methods for greater efficiency.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in technical or implementation consulting, preferably in software solutions
- Proven ability to convert business processes into structured system configurations
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to engage across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently in a client-facing role
- Familiarity with agile or waterfall methodologies
- Background in startup environments or asset management tools is a plus
