What You'll Do
Take ownership of the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach to final closure, working toward defined quarterly and annual targets. Serve as the main contact for clients, guiding them through onboarding, ongoing adoption, and renewal phases to ensure long-term success.
Deliver tailored presentations of Adjust’s technology solutions to diverse audiences, adjusting your approach based on stakeholder needs and technical understanding. Proactively track client engagement and feedback to identify risks, improve satisfaction, and support retention.
Uncover opportunities for account growth by analyzing usage trends and client objectives. Share insights from customer conversations and market dynamics with internal teams to help shape product direction. Participate in industry events and partner engagements to strengthen market presence.
Ensure all sales activities and pipeline details are accurately recorded and maintained in Salesforce to support forecasting and strategic planning.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in a client-facing position within SaaS, AdTech, investment banking, or management consulting
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales or retention targets
- Strong ability to consultatively engage clients, negotiate outcomes, and communicate clearly
- Comfortable discussing technical features, integrations, and data workflows with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Adept at understanding customer needs through active listening and thoughtful questioning
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
- Capable of working autonomously while contributing effectively within a fast-moving, collaborative team

- Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
