About the Role

United Franchise Group (UFG, Inc.) is hiring a Solutions Engineer - Americas for Ashby. In this role, you'll partner closely with Account Executives in mid-market or enterprise sales cycles to secure technical and commercial wins. You will demonstrate how Ashby supports unique customer needs and transforms hiring processes through personalized demos, product trials, and RFP responses.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Account Executives in sales efforts to secure technical and commercial wins.
  • Deliver personalized product demonstrations showcasing how Ashby supports unique customer needs.
  • Facilitate well-structured product trials for prospects.
  • Coordinate comprehensive and insightful RFP responses.
  • Develop deep expertise in the Ashby product and competitor insights.
  • Translate customer feedback into product requirements for the product organization.
  • Build upon existing demo environments to craft compelling narratives.
  • Design repeatable processes to scale the solutions engineering team.
  • Proactively engage Account Executives to distribute work and progress deals.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Consultant supporting complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS sales cycles in a team-selling motion.
  • Time spent with HR or Talent teams, with high empathy for their work.
  • Deep product expertise across a suite of solutions, regarded as a subject-matter expert.
  • Mastery of clear communication, able to ask precise questions, explain complex concepts simply, and articulate business impact.
  • Ability to create and deliver tailored demos spanning a broad range of product capabilities and adapt on the fly.
  • A builder mentality, getting energy from digging into problems and finding unique solutions in a fast-paced organization.
  • Adept at learning quickly and connecting new concepts, product capabilities, and business outcomes.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with recruiting workflows and data in Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Demo infrastructure or demo engineering experience.
  • Value engineering or consulting experience, building bespoke and quantifiable business cases.
