35700 Iron Mountain (UK) Services Limited is seeking a motivated and experienced Solutions Architect, Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM). You will be responsible for detailed assessment of customer requirements, development of service design, and complex cost calculations for hardware asset management and workplace IT solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead solution design by developing innovative, cost-efficient, end-to-end service designs—including technical and commercial frameworks—with a focus on Device as a Service (DaaS) and workplace IT infrastructure.
- Drive client engagement by collaborating with sales teams to conduct detailed discovery and business process analysis, delivering customized demonstrations and responding to large RFP opportunities.
- Oversee project success by managing implementation of proposed solutions, working closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure high-quality delivery on time and within budget.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Pre-Sales or the service outsourcing industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM), specifically regarding hardware lifecycles (procurement, deployment, and disposition) and the IT Hardware market sector.
- Proven ability in analytical and financial fluency, with skill to calculate Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Return on Investment (ROI) for complex B2B integrations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Business or Technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Business fluency in English.
