ADURO ADVISORS is hiring a Solutions Architect

About the Role

Aduro Advisors is looking for a Solutions Architect to serve as the strategic technical partner to our sales team. You will translate complex prospect requirements into scalable, dependable fund administration solutions for Venture Capital & Private Equity clients, bridging the gap between a signed mandate and a successful, high-integrity go-live.

What You'll Do

  • Lead technical discovery calls with the Sales team, performing deep-dives into prospect data hygiene, reporting cadence, and accounting complexities.
  • Review Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs) to identify specific technical requirements, such as unique fee hurdles or tax allocation nuances, and bake them into the solution design.
  • Design a tailored Onboarding Plan for each new client that maps their fund lifecycle to Aduro’s delivery milestones.
  • Perform gap analysis and risk mitigation by identifying mismatches between client requests and standard operating procedures early in the sales cycle.
  • Define the technical scope of work by reviewing the prospective client’s key documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Product Solutions Architect team to document a client onboarding plan as part of the client acceptance process.
  • Own the critical transition from Sales to Onboarding to Services, ensuring Onboarding teams have clear requirements and realistic timelines.
  • Lead client onboarding kickoff meetings and transition ownership to the onboarding team.
  • Collaborate with the Onboarding Team during the first 90 days of a client’s lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team, Client Onboarding Team, and Ongoing Client Service team.

Team & Environment

You will be the strategic technical partner to the sales and business development team, collaborating closely with the Product Solutions Architect team, Sales Team, Client Onboarding Team, and Ongoing Client Service team.
