Phoniro AB, part of ASSA ABLOY, is looking for a Solution Sales Manager to drive growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities within Swedish municipalities and private care providers. In this role, you will focus on the early stages of the customer journey, acting as a consultative partner to demonstrate the value of digital solutions for elderly care.
What You'll Do
- Proactively identify new customers and business opportunities among Swedish municipalities and private care providers in the early stages of the customer journey.
- Conduct needs analyses and present Phoniro's product portfolio in a consultative, clear, and value-creating manner.
- Qualify leads and drive sales processes forward in close cooperation with marketing, product, and partners.
- Build and develop long-term relationships with decision-makers and other key stakeholders in both municipal and private care.
- Plan and participate in customer meetings, seminars, and events, and document activities and pipeline in the CRM system.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in solution-based B2B sales, preferably towards the public sector (municipalities) and private actors in digital services, systems, or welfare technology, including experience with public procurement.
- Documented experience in prospecting, lead qualification, and working in the early phases of the sales process, preferably in procurement-driven business.
- Experience working consultatively with needs analysis and dialogue with decision-makers, for example within the public sector or private care.
- Post-secondary education in sales, marketing, technology, or an equivalent relevant area.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
