Unblu Inc. is looking for a Solution Integration Engineer to devise the best technical architecture for implementing Unblu solutions within client environments. This is a customer-facing role where you'll assist customers with integrations, lead workshops, and provide high-quality support.

What You'll Do

Lead the technical implementation of customer projects from definition to go-live, in close collaboration with the Unblu Business Project Lead.
Learn the Unblu product inside-out and perform configuration changes to meet functional and technical requirements.
Assist with the design of solution architectures.
Develop custom integrations to third-party applications/platforms using Java, NodeJs, or Python.
Work with version control tools like GitLab for code collaboration, branching, merging, and issue tracking.
Provide support and maintenance for customers and partners, including troubleshooting and optimization for performance and security.
Analyze logs related to environment or browser issues.
Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to WebRTC (including TURN Server, Browsers, Forward Proxy, IP Proxy, etc).
Execute and ensure customer deliveries, data backup, product and service deployments.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in a relevant position with a technical background.
Knowledge and practical experience with Kubernetes, Apache, Linux, including shell scripting.
Advanced knowledge of web development technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, etc).
Knowledge of mobile application development, both Android and iOS.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of networking technologies, including the TCP/IP protocol suite, proxies, Web Application Firewalls, etc.
Knowledge of authentication/authorization technologies and protocols, such as OIDC.
Client-facing experience.
Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and finding solutions, especially related to web browsers and network communications.
Experience in building strong relationships while working closely with customers.
Ability to be a successful communicator with both internal and external teams.
Interest in working with the latest technologies, curiosity to investigate issues and find solutions.
Fluency in English.

Nice to Have

French is a strong plus.
