As a ServiceNow DevOps Consultant, you will play a key role in designing and configuring custom solutions on the Now platform to address complex customer challenges. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to prototype and deploy applications, ensuring configurations align with best practices and business needs.
What You’ll Do
- Customize and maintain ServiceNow instances to meet client requirements
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to build scalable, efficient solutions
- Identify opportunities for platform improvements based on user feedback and system performance
- Support end-to-end project delivery, from design to implementation and testing
- Contribute to refining development workflows and testing strategies within Agile environments
What We’re Looking For
You have a solid foundation in software development and are experienced with core programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, and Java. You’re comfortable working independently and within distributed teams across time zones, and you bring a detail-oriented, analytical mindset to every task.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 2–3 years of hands-on development experience, including knowledge of coding standards and design patterns
- Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS, and AngularJS is an asset
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to work in multicultural, remote settings
- Agile experience and a commitment to continuous learning
