Design and maintain the core infrastructure powering a distributed, high-scale platform that processes billions of events daily. You will play a key role in shaping the foundation of container orchestration and real-time data pipelines using Kubernetes and Kafka, ensuring systems are secure, efficient, and built for growth.
What You’ll Do
- Architect and evolve cloud-native systems that support global workloads across AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Strengthen the reliability and security of Kubernetes clusters and streaming platforms
- Streamline infrastructure management through Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Reduce operational complexity by creating intuitive, standardized workflows for development teams
- Drive performance improvements in latency, throughput, and fault tolerance
- Set resource policies and optimize cluster efficiency at scale
- Ensure message integrity and durability across distributed systems
- Collaborate across teams to share knowledge and elevate engineering practices
What We’re Looking For
You have a strong foundation in software engineering and deep experience running production systems in public cloud environments. You write clean, maintainable code and believe automation and documentation are essential to long-term success. You take ownership of systems end to end and thrive in fast-moving, collaborative environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record operating large-scale infrastructure across multiple regions
- Fluency in at least one programming language such as Java, Scala, Golang, Python, or TypeScript
- Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Kafka, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong commitment to system quality, resilience, and operational excellence
- Adaptability and curiosity—comfortable learning new tools and solving complex challenges
- Clear communicator who values teamwork and knowledge sharing
