As a Software Engineer - Python at Applied Intuition, you will design and build scalable Python-based tooling and infrastructure to support development across the autonomy stack for the company's Self-Driving System (SDS) in Mining & Construction. This role involves building systems for fleet management, vehicle communication, and contributing to scalable systems across multiple vehicle platforms and operating environments, working closely with engineers across the stack.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in shipping complex software in Python.
- Experience building backend systems, developer tools, or infrastructure
Nice to Have
- A MSc or PhD in computer science or applied mathematics with coursework or research experience in robotics.
- Experience with driver assistance or autonomous driving systems or off-road products.

Compensation: $125,000 - $222,000 USD annually. Equity in the form of options and/or restricted stock units. Base salary, equity, and benefits included.
Work Mode
Employees primarily work from the Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. Offices are located in Sunnyvale, California; Washington, D.C.; San Diego; Ft. Walton Beach, Florida; Ann Arbor, Michigan; London; Stuttgart; Munich; Stockholm; Bangalore; Seoul; Tokyo. Occasional remote work is permitted, including starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments.
