Shape the developer experience for a next-generation AI platform by building tools, interfaces, and interactive demos that make complex technology accessible. As a Developer Relations Engineer, Tools, you'll translate low-level system capabilities into clear, functional experiences that help developers understand and leverage the full potential of our architecture.
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop web-based tools, playgrounds, and demonstrations that showcase platform functionality in action
- Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and creatives to ensure technical accuracy and usability
- Identify friction points in developer workflows and create solutions that improve onboarding and exploration
- Communicate effectively with technical audiences to understand their challenges and co-develop practical tooling
- Advocate for user-centered design principles across the development lifecycle, from hardware access to software integration
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience crafting developer-facing tools or platforms
- Strong command of modern development practices, including Git, GitHub, CI/CD, and editor ecosystems like VSCode
- Ability to navigate multiple layers of the AI engineering stack, from infrastructure to application
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent real-world experience
- A mindset rooted in curiosity, problem-solving, and open collaboration

Compensation & Benefits
The total compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $500,000, inclusive of base salary and variable components. Equity and additional benefits may be part of the package. Tenstorrent supports remote work globally, with optional access to office spaces for those in proximity.
