Shape how users understand and interact with technology as a Senior Technical Writer. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining documentation that serves as the definitive resource for clients, partners, and internal teams. Your work will directly influence product clarity, usability, and adoption.
What You’ll Do
- Design intuitive documentation experiences by identifying user goals and addressing potential questions before they arise
- Develop and organize feature guides, release notes, and technical content using structured writing practices
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Support, and Client Services to align documentation with real-world use and feedback
- Apply style standards consistently using an AI-powered writing assistant
- Lead improvements in documentation processes to support scalability and long-term growth
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely in English
- Proven experience creating user guides, product documentation, or release notes
- Comfort gathering information independently from technical stakeholders with limited availability
- Ability to turn incomplete or evolving inputs into coherent, accurate content
- Self-direction and confidence working in environments with evolving priorities
- Familiarity with documentation workflows and tools
Nice to Have
- Experience documenting SDKs and APIs
- Curiosity about technical systems and integration patterns
- Working knowledge of GitHub
Technology Environment

Compensation
Starting at 2,500€ gross per month, with equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units or Stock Options based on role, seniority, and location. Includes performance bonuses and referral incentives up to $3,000.
Work Mode
This role is available locally in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, including Bratislava, Prague, and Brno. The team operates on a virtual-first basis with flexible hours and quarterly in-person opportunities at global hubs.
