Pearl Talent is looking for a Social Media Manager to own the planning, execution, and optimization of social media efforts. You will blend creative storytelling with performance analysis to drive brand awareness, engagement, and business impact.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
- Create original content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and X/Twitter.
- Produce short-form videos, graphics, testimonials, and visual stories.
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules.
- Write platform-specific copy that reflects brand voice and drives engagement.
- Design and edit content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools.
- Maintain consistent visual and messaging standards across all content.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
- Foster positive, professional, and engaging online communities.
- Manage sentiment, moderation, and on-brand interactions.
- Surface high-value inquiries and route qualified leads appropriately.
- Track KPIs including engagement, reach, follower growth, CTR, and conversions.
- Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Use analytics tools to measure performance and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on content formats, timing, and messaging.
- Stay current on algorithm updates, features, and best practices.
- Monitor industry and competitor social activity.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Source internal content for authentic storytelling.
- Align social efforts with campaigns, launches, and initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3+ years in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Proven experience managing multiple platforms simultaneously.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong content and measurable results.
- Native or near-native English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Strong visual storytelling and copywriting skills.
- Ability to adapt tone across platforms and audiences.
- Hands-on experience with major social platforms.
- Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with analytics and scheduling platforms.
- Highly organized and deadline-driven.
- Data-informed decision maker.
- Comfortable working remotely with EST/PST overlap.
Nice to Have
- 5+ years in social media or digital marketing.
- Experience with paid social campaigns.
- Advanced video editing or motion graphics skills.
- Community-building or brand launch experience.
- SEO or content optimization knowledge.
