The Sales Enablement & Product Marketing Associate plays a key role in shaping how our product value is communicated across sales and marketing. You'll transform technical SaaS features into clear, benefit-led narratives that resonate with enterprise decision-makers focused on CSR and social impact.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and refine sales collateral including presentations, one-sheets, case studies, and battlecards to support revenue goals
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify messaging needs, improve positioning, and close communication gaps
- Manage a centralized library of up-to-date sales resources, ensuring easy access and consistency
- Turn complex product functionality into accessible, impact-oriented language that speaks to business outcomes
- Shape value propositions tailored to sustainability and corporate responsibility stakeholders
- Ensure alignment in messaging across digital content, sales tools, and product updates
- Track CSR trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to inform positioning
- Create competitive intelligence assets that highlight differentiation
- Lead messaging and go-to-market planning for new product features and launches
- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to execute coordinated rollouts
- Produce launch materials that boost internal readiness and external awareness
- Make quick design updates using Canva, Figma, or Google Slides while preserving brand standards
- Partner with design when larger creative projects are needed
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years in product marketing, sales enablement, or B2B SaaS marketing
- Proven experience building executive-facing sales content
- Ability to distill intricate SaaS offerings into clear business value
- Background supporting product launches in agile environments
- Skill in researching markets and analyzing competitors
- Strong English communication, written and spoken
- Experience collaborating across sales, product, and marketing functions
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities remotely and efficiently
- Background in startups or high-growth settings
- Authentic interest in using technology for social good
