The Social Media Manager at Amity will create high-quality, engaging social media content to build brand awareness and position a B2B SaaS product as a culturally relevant, consumer-style brand. This role emphasizes creativity, speed, and relevance in driving traction across platforms, with full ownership of day-to-day execution and experimentation across the UK, US, IT, and Thailand markets.
What You'll Do
- Own day-to-day social media execution across platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and emerging channels.
- Create and publish short-form content, visuals, copy, and experiments adapted to each platform.
- Propose and execute creative ideas, formats, and stunts to generate traction and conversation.
- Translate complex B2B concepts into simple, compelling, and shareable content.
- Support founder and executive social presence through content ideas and execution.
- Track basic performance metrics and iterate quickly based on what works.
- Use AI tools daily to accelerate content creation, ideation, editing, research, and experimentation.
- Continuously test new AI workflows, tools, and formats to improve speed and quality.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI-driven trends in content and social media.
What We're Looking For
- Strong intuitive understanding of social media platforms, trends, and formats, especially from a Gen Z or digital-native perspective.
- Highly creative, proactive, and execution-oriented.
- Comfortable owning work end-to-end, from idea to posting.
- Fast learner with curiosity about B2B, SaaS, and technology.
- AI-native mindset, with hands-on experience using AI tools for content and productivity.

- No prior experience in tech or B2B SaaS is required.
