Hire Overseas was looking for a Social Media Manager

Hire Overseas is hiring a Social Media Manager to manage and grow the social presence for a wellness education brand. You'll own the brand's storytelling across Facebook and Instagram, focusing on authentic engagement and measurable growth.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow the brand's Facebook Page, Facebook Group, and Instagram presence.
  • Create and schedule 5–10 posts per week aligned with upcoming products, launches, and campaigns.
  • Optimize all social profiles, including bios, links, highlights, and pinned posts.
  • Respond to comments and DMs within one business day and maintain meaningful engagement.
  • Engage thoughtfully with aligned accounts, practitioners, and influencers in the personal development space.
  • Develop social media strategies and monthly editorial calendars.
  • Create social content that balances education, community, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are integrated with launch cycles.
  • Analyze metrics and refine your approach for growth and engagement.
  • Track performance across all channels and share monthly reports on engagement, reach, and growth.
  • Identify what's working, what's outdated, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Suggest 'quick wins' and longer-term strategies aligned with upcoming campaigns.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience managing brand or business social media accounts.
  • Experience working with personal development, wellness, or coaching brands.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with an understanding of tone, empathy, and clarity.
  • Ability to develop and execute organic content strategies that drive engagement and awareness.
  • Available during North American (Pacific Time) business hours for team syncs.
  • Organized, communicative, and comfortable taking ownership of results.

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of how organic social supports marketing funnels and lead generation.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Meta Insights and Google Analytics.
  • Experience creating graphics in Canva or Adobe tools.
  • Comfort building social calendars and content pillars around brand strategy.
