Plume Network is seeking a Social Media Lead to own our presence and narrative across digital platforms. You will be the primary voice and strategist for Plume, responsible for building our brand within the crypto and real-world asset (RWA) ecosystems through engaging content and community interaction.
What You'll Do
- Create high-quality, platform-specific content for Plume’s social channels, including X and LinkedIn.
- Identify emerging trends in social media and cultural shifts within the crypto community to deploy impactful, proactive content.
- Monitor, respond, and engage with our audience in real time to foster trust and loyalty.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar, managing the process from creation and approval to scheduling and execution.
- Work closely with marketing, business development, and other teams to align social media efforts with broader campaigns.
- Measure, report on, and optimize the performance of social marketing initiatives.
- Handle operational tasks, including vendor onboarding, quarterly audits, and new account creation.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading social media strategy and content creation for a technology or financial brand.
- A deep understanding of the crypto and RWA landscapes, with the ability to speak authentically to these communities.
- Strong analytical skills to measure performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to community engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively across teams.
