This role is centered on the planning and execution of trade shows, partner events, and targeted engagement initiatives. As the primary coordinator for event logistics, you will manage vendor relationships, oversee on-site requirements, and ensure all promotional materials are delivered on time and on brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end coordination of industry events, including trade shows and conferences, ensuring all logistical and promotional elements are in place
- Support multi-channel marketing campaigns by assisting with content distribution through email and social platforms
- Work closely with marketing team members to develop compelling messaging and promotional assets
- Manage relationships with external vendors and internal departments to deliver marketing materials and event components efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of event timelines, budgets, and outcomes
- Help build and update marketing calendars and project schedules to keep initiatives on track
- Organize and distribute marketing collateral such as digital content, presentations, and printed materials
Qualifications

You should have hands-on experience supporting large-scale events and a proven ability to collaborate across teams. Strong communication and project coordination skills are essential, along with a track record of managing vendor interactions and maintaining detailed documentation of marketing efforts.
