Allstate is looking for a Social Impact Enablement Lead to be a critical part of advancing The Allstate Foundation's mission. This role provides versatile support that spans strategic planning, operational excellence, and the execution of high-impact initiatives, helping translate vision into tangible results.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive operational, strategic, and logistical support to implement social impact initiatives, programs, convenings, and events.
- Maximize operational efficiency by helping develop and implement process improvements and strategize and prepare for internal and external stakeholder engagements.
- Participate in and help drive ideation processes, including design sprints and strategic planning.
- Integrate across and beyond the Foundation to drive enterprise-level engagement and impact.
- Manage and track a diverse portfolio of ongoing tasks and initiatives, coordinating efforts across different teams and stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.

Benefits & Compensation
- Annual salary range: $70,500.00 - $124,125.00.
