Drive regional growth in mobile performance advertising as a Senior Business Development Manager for Turkey and the MENA region. This remote role offers full ownership of the sales lifecycle, from identifying new opportunities to closing deals and scaling long-term client relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Lead business development efforts by prospecting and engaging mobile app advertisers across Turkey and MENA
- Build trusted partnerships with user acquisition teams, marketing leads, and key decision-makers
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach and networking
- Present and position performance-based OEM advertising as a scalable alternative to traditional ad platforms
- Negotiate and close deals independently, with direct impact on revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign execution
- Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact for advertisers, supporting long-term success and retention
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in AdTech, affiliate marketing, or performance-based sales
- Proven success in mobile user acquisition and performance advertising sales
- Deep understanding of the mobile app ecosystem in Turkey and the broader MENA region
- Native fluency in Turkish and professional proficiency in English
- Ability to work autonomously and drive results without oversight
- Familiarity with alternative advertising channels beyond Meta, Google, and TikTok
- Arabic language skills are a strong advantage
