We are looking for a Head of Growth Marketing who is data-obsessed, highly strategic, and a hands-on performance marketer to join our Xsolla Ads division. The ideal candidate will own growth marketing at the intersection of driving user acquisition for a new B2C loyalty app and supporting growth initiatives for the Xsolla Ads B2B business in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Own growth marketing strategy, execution, and optimization end to end
- Drive user acquisition for a new B2C loyalty app
- Support growth initiatives for the Xsolla Ads B2B business
- Build and scale campaigns from the ground up
- Execute multi-channel campaign strategies
- Turn data into actionable insights to drive performance and growth
- Develop innovative acquisition and engagement strategies within the gaming ecosystem
What We're Looking For
- Strong analytical skills
- Deep expertise in paid user acquisition (UA) and performance marketing
- Experience in consumer apps
- Experience in mobile growth
- Proven ability to execute multi-channel campaigns
- Ability to build and scale campaigns from the ground up
- Ownership of strategy, execution, and optimization end to end
