What You'll Do
Drive end-to-end merchant acquisition across Germany, targeting restaurants, chefs, and food & beverage brands. Build on existing momentum to expand adoption at a national level through direct outreach, relationship development, and full-cycle sales—from initial contact to onboarding.
Develop a deep understanding of which customer segments convert fastest and what go-to-market strategies work best locally. Create real-world examples and success stories that demonstrate value, helping accelerate trust and uptake. You’ll also shape the German sales playbook, testing approaches and refining tactics based on real-time feedback.
Act as the primary local contact for key partners and strategic accounts. Represent the brand at industry events and within hospitality networks. Identify friction points in onboarding, payments, and day-to-day usage, then work closely with the central team to improve the experience. Serve as the voice of the German market, ensuring product, pricing, and operations align with local realities.
