What You'll Do
Lead the development of Placetel AI’s presence in the Dutch market by designing and executing a go-to-market strategy tailored to local needs. Identify high-potential industries and use cases where AI voice technology can deliver immediate impact, and guide early customer engagements from initial contact through onboarding and adoption.
Act as the primary point of contact for early clients, ensuring their success during the critical first phases of implementation. Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product and strategy teams, helping refine messaging, positioning, and roadmap priorities. Develop repeatable processes and local success models that support scalable growth.
Work closely with cross-functional teams across sales, customer success, marketing, and product development, aligning efforts to strengthen market positioning and accelerate traction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, market entry, customer success, or consulting roles
- Solid background in SaaS, AI, or technology-driven solutions preferred
- Fluency in both Dutch and English, with Dutch required for market engagement
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and cloud-based communication platforms
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment
- Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Deep understanding of Dutch business culture and market dynamics
